  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two to five days of your order, and most will reach you within 14 to 21 days. However, due to the current global pandemic some products may take up to seven weeks to reach your doorstep.

Each product at Mind Traction has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description so we encourage you to check this before ordering. You will also receive a tracking number to keep check of where your product is at.

  1. What's your return policy?

If something goes wrong, please contact us ASAP. Email us the details, including a photo of the issue and we will endeavour to resolve the problem for you swiftly! Do not post anything back without first touching base - we might have a better solution!  

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is processed, the sale is final. However, in the event that you do not receive your package within the specified time frame for each individual product, then we are happy to process a cancellation for you.


  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us by sending us some photos, and we’ll give you a refund.

Please note that we do not offer refunds simply for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, if this does occur please let us know so that we can negotiate a solution!

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

Look, we don't like it, because every return has a carbon footprint and that goes against our emphasis on sustainability, however if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll resolve it for you. Additional shipping fees may apply.
